Ingredients: 3 Stalks of Fresh Sweet Corn
Seasonings: 1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon of Sugar
1 Tablespoon of Vegetarian Sa-Cha Sauce*
Procedure:
  • Wash corn, cut each piece in half, cut each half piece into smaller pieces.
  • Heat oil to pan fry corn.
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients in a cup of water. Pour into pan.
  • With high heat, bring to boil.
  • Reduce to medium heat, simmer until sauce is fully absorbed.
  • Ready to serve.
    *Sa-Cha Sauce is a B.B.Q. Chilli paste with soy bean oil.
