Ingredients: 75 Gram of Needle Mushroom*
75 Gram of Soy Beansprout
2 Dried Black Mushroom
2 Fresh Button Mushroom
1 Piece of Tofu
Seasonings: 2 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Small Teaspoon of MSG
Procedure:
  • Wash enokitake and beansprout.
  • Soak mushroom till soften and shred.
  • Shred tofu and slice button mushroom.
  • Put 6 bowl of water in pot, put in beansprout and mushroom. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add sliced button mushroom, tofu and enokitake. When soup is boiling, add a few drops of fragrant cooking oil.
  • Ready to serve.
